You can work 2 jobs as long as you have...2 H1 visas, one for each job!!
That could be 2 part-time or 1 full time and 1 part-time.
I believe there could be a problem if you have 2 full-time H1 jobs at the same time...

Ok, here is the situation. I am the guy in this venture with all the business contacts and would have to involve in some email conversations with the clients and also visit them on an occasional basis.
I am willing to do this without pay and also appoint someone as CEO instead of me. Can I be the Chairman of the Board, and do this kind of work.

H1, H4 (spouse) and H4 (kid) living happily.
File 485 and gets EAD/AP.
H1 doesn't use EAD.
H4 uses EAD and hence looses H4 status.
I-485 is denied.
Now, my understanding is that spouse has to go out of country and come back again on H4.
What about the kid?
When does the kid loose his/her H4 status? (When both mother and father use EAD)?
As long as primary stays in H status any derivative who does not change his H4 status will stay in H4 status. the only way a H4 can loose H4 status if he/she uses EAD. In your case if i have understood it correctly ur Kid will never use EAD and if you never used EAD ur H1 status is active thus ur kids H4 is active .. also i think ur wife can change her status back to H4 but would require her to file some paperwork .. she might need to geta visa stamp when she tries to re-enter into us..

Here in my city (Piracicaba - S�o Paulo/Brazil) there is a river (Piracicaba�s River) that crosses the center of the city.
I was driving near when i saw something not commom, a man fishing and giving the fishes to this "gar�as" (i don�t know the name of this bird in english). There was more or less 8 to 10 gar�as waiting the fish.
I took some photo and i post here to divide with you my friends.

Do you know Ozone layer depletion is because of Anti-Immigrants?

They are lazy fat bums who sit on their a$$ and fart all day from behind as well as from their mouth using hate speech. This has caused too much of harmful gases in atmostphere and have depleted ozone. Their extra weight has sunken many couches and added a lot of broken couches in junkyards. These disposed couches are adding extra weight on the earth and causing earth to sink 1 milimeter every year. A new study will soon be reported in the Onion news.

Is letter from employee needed for filing I-485 for my spouse. I filed I-485 under EB3 last August and it's still pending. She takes my PD and my PD will be current in May. I have an old letter from my employer when filing my I-485 last August but was wondering if a new letter from employer is needed or the old one would do.

Me and my spouse both work on H1B and I am applying for I-485 along with EAD/AP for both me and my spouse. My question is since my spouse is already in H1B with certain job title which was mentioned in one of the documents that was filled with i-485, when spouse uses EAD does she need to be looking for similiar jobs only?. Please clarify. Thanks in advance.

My case is similar too, my husband filed 485 for both of us on 29th June, we both have H1b. But on June 15th one H1b transfer was filed for me (dependent in 485) which was confirmed to us on June 22nd and I joined new company on June 26th.
But the whole transfer thing is not mentioned in 485 because we were not aware at time of filling forms (june 18th).
Is this going to create problem? do we need to send update/form to USCIS about this?
you dont need to do anything. they can track the changes based on I-94 sent for transfer.
In fact if you id COS to H4 then that too would have been okay.

Can anyone please share info on conversion of EB3 to EB2 after applying for 485 ?. Our lawyer now suggests that they cant apply for EB2 and they have to revoke EB3 application.. Is this applicable to even apply for EB2 labor and subsequent I140. I thought we need to revoke 485 only when we are about to apply for new 485. Also, please let me know if we can apply for EB2 when you are in EAD status and has not invoked AC21. Sorry, if this question was already answered in the forum.
